HOW THEY MET:

We met on an online dating site. We decided to meet for breakfast for our first meet. We enjoyed each other's company so much that we spent the whole day together. We've been together ever since.

THE PROPOSAL STORY:

We were on vacation in Sierra Leone and I said to Elise every major event that has happened in my life you have been a part of. I said to her I think we should get married! She smiled and said yes! This was a big decision for me because I didn't plan on getting married. I was ok with being life partners. On that vacation and in that moment I realized Elise is my person and I wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. We were approaching our 10th anniversary so we decided to get married at that time 5/25/25.

THE RING:

We chose classic white and yellow gold diamond rings.
