HOW THEY MET:

We met on a dating app during the summer of 2023. We quickly found out how great of a match we were. After many ice cream dates, long nature walks, and incorporating each other into our lives- we knew that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together.

THE PROPOSAL STORY:

One evening this summer (2025) we were on a walk in one of our favorite parks, buckeye woods. That evening we decided to walk on one of the less busy paths in the woods. Gunther thought he was being funny by fake proposing to me. While walking he would stop and get on one knee to fake tie his shoe, or pick around in the leaves. Then on the third time he made this joke I told him to stop joking around, but he said it wasn't a joke. Then he pulled out the ring of my dreams and asked me to marry him! It was a special moment just between us!

THE RING:

The ring we created together is absolutely beautiful and one of a kind! It is a Lozenge Cut Diamond on a 18k yellow gold band. Karena and Becky were able to source multiple diamonds in unique shapes for us to choose from, but when we saw the diamond we ended choosing- we were blown away!
